It’s either yes or no. In business, there is no maybe. Make a decision, and stick behind it. And I did just that. On day four of analysing the situation, I said yes to my unusual craving. Trot trot trot to Whole Foods…

Slashing the idea of shrimp as presented in yesterday’s post, I stuck to lettuce, anchovies, goddess dressing (yes, it’s vegan!), vegan parmesan cheese, add onions, add flowers, add carrots. Flowers not for eating. Carrots for my dog. :)

Am so city-girl Millennial that I’d rather Earthbound Farm wash my organic lettuce than do it myself. It’s TRIPLE-CLEAN!

On this day after, I feel so very very very happy about the business decision. Yes, my mouth is craving water like a camel in the desert, and I don’t foresee eating for the entire day because, well, it’s like coming down from a high. Food is so exciting to me. Business, too. Just like my girlfriends who smoke cigarettes after sex, I drink juice after proceeding with a divine food switcheroo. I might get hungry later, but right now, I feel oh so satisfied! Great business decision, if I do say so myself.

What food are you craving?
